FOCUS3D Immersive Performance
FOCUS3D combined a live DJ-and-drummer performance with a custom scenic surface animated through mapped visual content. The show served as the featured entertainment experience and required the performers, visuals and technical systems to operate as one production.
International Production Planning
New Sense translated the established requirements of FOCUS3D into a plan suited to an international resort. Each part of the show was reviewed according to how it would travel, how it would be supported locally and what needed to happen before the team reached the venue.
Equipment and
Travel Logistics
The team researched international shipping timelines, planned equipment transportation and coordinated travel for the performers and production personnel. These plans continued to be adjusted as the event developed, keeping the show aligned with the available time and destination requirements.
Local AV
Coordination
New Sense worked directly with the local AV provider to communicate the technical needs of FOCUS3D and review the equipment available on the island. This coordination helped connect the traveling elements of the performance with the systems that would be supplied at the venue.
Venue Coordination
The Ritz-Carlton team was included in planning around access, scheduling and technical requirements. Working with the venue in advance reduced uncertainty and gave each production partner a clearer understanding of what would be needed on site.
Permits and Documentation
Producing the event internationally required preparation beyond the technical rider. New Sense coordinated the permits and documentation connected to the traveling team and performance, making those requirements part of the production schedule rather than leaving them until arrival.
