Fully‑Produced Shows
for Seamless, Sensory,
Spectacular Events

New Sense Productions designs fully‑produced shows that fuse live performance, projection mapping, and immersive sound into one seamless experience. Why Fully‑Produced Shows

Turn Your Event Into a
Main‑Stage Experience

Most events rely on disconnected elements—DJ here, lights there, visuals as an afterthought. Our fully‑produced shows are built as complete experiences: curated music, synchronized visuals, and performance moments that are designed together from the start. You get one integrated show that feels intentional, on‑brand, and unforgettable.

Large indoor event with purple-blue lighting, featuring a crowd of people, multiple screens displaying 'sage Transform,' and large illuminated letters spelling 'VEGAS' beside colorful light tunnel structures.
Stage with vibrant red lighting and two illuminated Coca-Cola bottle outlines on either side, and a large screen in the center displaying a popcorn bucket with the Coca-Cola logo.

FAQ

Full-Service Event Production FAQs

What is included in full-service event production?

Full-service production can include creative direction, audio and video, entertainment, lighting, visual content, video mapping, technical design, show planning, rehearsals, show calling, equipment, crew, and on-site execution.

What is the difference between full-service production and booking separate vendors?

With full-service production, the creative, entertainment, and technical elements are planned as one connected experience.

This provides the client with a single production team, clearer communication, and stronger coordination across the complete run of show.

Can we customize one of your existing show formats?

Yes. Existing show concepts can be adapted to the audience, venue, event theme, brand guidelines, and objectives.

New Sense can also develop a fully custom experience when required.

Can you incorporate our brand into the production?

Yes. Logos, brand colors, messaging, product content, and creative assets can be integrated into stage visuals, projection content, lighting, entertainment, and key show moments.

Can you work with our existing venue or AV provider?

Yes. New Sense can coordinate with an existing venue or technical team or provide the production resources required to manage the complete show.

How far in advance should we book a fully produced show?

Earlier planning is recommended for large or highly customized productions.

Depending on the event scope, some productions may be possible within a four-to-eight-week timeline, subject to availability, creative requirements, and technical complexity.
