The first conversation took place in late June 2025. Several months remained before the gala, but the work ahead extended well beyond placing equipment in a ballroom. The school’s vision, program needs, venue requirements and guest environment all had to become one practical production plan.
New Sense began with discovery. The team met with Bishop Moore to understand the purpose of the event, how the evening would unfold and what the production needed to accomplish without distracting from the program itself.
Those conversations shaped a customized proposal for the gala. The scope was reviewed and refined collaboratively, and by the first week of September, New Sense had been confirmed as the official production partner.
Planning then moved into Rosen Shingle Creek. Working directly with the venue, New Sense coordinated technical requirements, access and production logistics so that the creative plan could be delivered inside the realities of the ballroom.
