BISHOP MOORE CATHOLIC
LEGACY GALA

The Start of Something Lasting

The Legacy Gala brings the Bishop Moore Catholic High School community together for an evening centered on the school, its people and its future.

For the 2025 event, Bishop Moore had selected Rosen Shingle Creek and established the direction for the evening, but the ballroom still needed a production environment that could give the program the presence it deserved.

A trusted referral brought Bishop Moore to New Sense in late June. By November 8, custom video, LED, lighting, audio and draping had reshaped the ballroom for gala night—and a first-time collaboration had become the beginning of an ongoing partnership

Four Months to Materialize Our Vision

The first conversation took place in late June 2025. Several months remained before the gala, but the work ahead extended well beyond placing equipment in a ballroom. The school’s vision, program needs, venue requirements and guest environment all had to become one practical production plan.

New Sense began with discovery. The team met with Bishop Moore to understand the purpose of the event, how the evening would unfold and what the production needed to accomplish without distracting from the program itself.

Those conversations shaped a customized proposal for the gala. The scope was reviewed and refined collaboratively, and by the first week of September, New Sense had been confirmed as the official production partner.

Planning then moved into Rosen Shingle Creek. Working directly with the venue, New Sense coordinated technical requirements, access and production logistics so that the creative plan could be delivered inside the realities of the ballroom.

Production Scope

Technical Coordination

The custom LED wall served as the visual anchor of the ballroom and the primary canvas for the evening’s program. Its scale gave branded content, presentations and featured moments a clear presence in the room, allowing guests to remain visually connected to what was happening onstage throughout the gala.

Custom Video Production

New Sense developed original video content specifically for the Legacy Gala rather than relying on a generic screen treatment. The visual package created continuity across the program, reinforced the event’s identity and gave each on-screen moment a polished presentation suited to the importance of the evening.

Lighting and Draping

Lighting and draping worked together to move the space beyond the appearance of a standard hotel ballroom. Draping helped define the environment, while carefully designed lighting introduced warmth, dimension and visual focus. Together, they extended the stage’s creative direction into the rest of the room and established a more cohesive atmosphere for guests.

Audio Production

The audio system was planned around the complete program, from presentations and announcements to supporting content throughout the evening. The objective was consistent clarity across the ballroom, allowing every speaker and program moment to reach the audience naturally without the technology becoming a distraction.

New Sense also coordinated directly with Rosen Shingle Creek, connecting these
creative elements with the venue’s technical requirements, installation schedule and
operating procedures.

Production Created a
Memorable Gala

On November 8, the plans, content and technical systems came together inside the Rosen Shingle Creek ballroom.

The LED wall gave the program a clear visual center, but it did not stand apart from the room. Custom content connected it to the occasion, lighting added depth and warmth, and draping carried the setting beyond the stage. From the first presentation to the final moments of the program, audio kept the room connected to what was happening.

The production had many moving parts, yet the finished environment felt singular. Guests experienced the stage, screen, sound and ballroom as one setting created for Bishop Moore—not as a collection of separate production services.

One coordinated environment built around the evening.

An Event Ended,
Our Partnership Didn’t.

The 2025 Legacy Gala was successfully delivered, but the most meaningful result became clear after the evening was over.Bishop Moore chose to continue working with New Sense for the following year’s gala.

A relationship that began through word of mouth had earned the confidence to move forward as an annual partnership.

he return engagement reflects more than the success of a single production. It speaks to a process built on listening, collaborative planning and dependable execution—from the first discovery meeting through gala night.

What started as one introduction now gives New Sense and Bishop Moore a foundation they can continue building on together.
